Benefits of Cacao
Cacao is the highest source of magnesium from a whole food and isn't used near as much as it should be. Magnesium relaxes muscles, and dissolve plaque build up in the arteries reversing heart diseases and naturally lowering blood pressure. It is great for weight loss because it has high chromium, regulates blood sugar, and just great for the cardiovascular system as a whole.
